Unopened and unused items or "defective items" can be returned within 30 days unless specifically stated on the product details page. The packaging must be in the same condition as when initially received.
Refunds on merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee and the original cost of shipment if free shipping was selected. If you’d like to exchange your product for something else, the best thing to do is to return your item and place a new order at the same time. Placing the new order now ensures that you’ll get it quickly and that it won’t go out of stock. If the item returned is in the condition you received it in and with the original box and/or packaging, then you'll get a refund *.
If your gear fails due to a manufacturing defect, we welcome you to contact us in order to facilitate a warranty evaluation by the manufacturer.
*Restocking Fee: A percentage of the price, 20%, will be forfeited to what is commonly called a restocking fee. These fees normally apply to items returned on buyer's remorse, not exchanged due to damage or defects.
